In order to register with the OkDOC program, you need to download the program from the AppStore or PlayMarket. After downloading the program, register according to the instructions. Then you can create an appointment with a specialist, choose the date and time of the consultation.
You can choose a format that suits you best: audio, video, or chat.
The duration of the consultation is 15 minutes, and the second one is 5 minutes. The consultation can last longer if the situation requires it.
It is not possible to change the time and date of the consultation in the application. To make changes, please contact technical support at +380 (95) 003 84 53.
The cost of an online consultation lasting 15 minutes is 500 UAH, 5 minutes – 250 UAH.
