Echocardiography is one of the diagnostic methods in cardiology. Neurosonography is an examination of the brain through the open large fontanelle of a child’s head. At present, it is a widely used and safe method for diagnosing the brain and surrounding structures. This diagnostic method allows timely detection of pathological changes in tissues (swelling), cavities (ventriculomegaly/hydrocephalus), membranes, and the identification of new formations.
Ultrasound of the hip joints – one of the congenital problems is hip dislocation, as the skeleton of a newborn is not yet fully formed. Ultrasound diagnostics of a child will detect dysplasia, subluxations, and dislocations even at the initial stages and provide an opportunity to correct the detected problem using painless, simple treatment methods.
