The method of examination is mandatory and is carried out once a year as a preventive measure (not every formation causes pain or discomfort), as well as in case of pain, detection of densifications, inflammatory processes, and breastfeeding. The correctly chosen phase of the menstrual cycle (from the 5th to the 14th day of menstruation) will qualitatively show the tissue structures and the presence of deviations.

Special attention should be paid to oncological processes, which are hereditary, and injuries with the formation of hematomas.
